+34 94 674 50 00SN air classifier are designed to separate out fines between 45 and 200 µm from products with limited fines content process requirements. The air classifiers are designed for dry processing of manufactured asphalt and concrete and glass sands.
SN air classifiers are also ideal for obtaining high quality sand at facilities where it is not possible to use water in cleaning processes.
They work autonomously with a closed internal air circuit and require no ancillary equipment (cyclones, fans or filters). This means that considerable savings can be made.
SN air classifiers come with a single (SN-S) or double (SN-D) rotor configuration. The latter permits greater adjustment in separation without stopping the unit and thus provides a better quality end product.
Various equipment coatings & linings are also available depending on the product to be processed and on the process requirements.
